100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Diamond Mountain AVA, miniscule yield of ½ ton per acre (OMG! Ultra high-end wines usually is about 2 tons per acre, this is unbelievable!) aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak. The winemaker is Mark Herold of Mercus, this is a wine worth having in your cellar now!
Now, most of the critic review have not came out yet for the 2016 vintages, but Jeb Dunnark have already given it a 99+ Points and we are confident we could see a perfect score in this vintage!
