This is a cool project created to artfully blend the three different types of terroir that characterize Pomerol. Clinet works with a selection of wine-growers to compose this original wine, including Chateau Clinet. Honestly one of the best expression of Merlot from Bordeaux you can get at this amazing price point. Loving the 2015 vintage as well, I can't recommend this enough!

The vinification and ageing are carried out by the same team and with as much attention as for the “Grand Vin”. Ageing is in 5% new and 95% second-fill barrels brings out the freshness and finesse of the aromas. Some of his vines are dated back to 1934, the oldest you'll find in Pomerol!
