This is a selection of fruit from younger vines that have completely been affected by noble rot. Fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for 30 months. The estate’s benchmark Monbazillac. Angie’s tasting notes – Lively aromas with tart yellow apple, sharp and intense. Followed by white flower, white peach and a hint of baking spices. Great pairing with soft Brie cheese. Smooth easy drinking on the palate.
