This wine is a beautiful golden straw color. The aromas are bright and appealing with layers of nectarine, green apple, tropical fruit and a subtle toastiness. On the palate, there are rich tropical and stone fruit flavors with crisp, refreshing acidity, minerality and vanilla and oak layers from the barrel aging. The finish is rich, round and creamy. Sarah Case is named after Robert Talbott’s oldest daughter.

Salted peaches, dried apricots, sliced lemons, crushed vanilla beans and oak smoke mark the nose of this wine, sourced from one of the appellation's biggest and oldest vineyards. It's light and crisp on the salty palate, with a fleshy apple flavor, racy acidity and slate-driven minerality.
